Dr. Paul Oh was the Peformance Therapist for Pat Vellner at the, 2017 CrossFit Games (Bronze Medal), 2018 CrossFit Games (Silver Medal) & 2019 CrossFit Games.
OHFAST Performance therapy team was also a part of Team Vellner for the 2017 CrossFit Games. Pat was a BRONZE Medalist for the second time!
